[Main Ingredients]
This product is a combination preparation. Each tablet contains 150mg of irbesartan and 12.5mg of hydrochlorothiazide.

This fixed-dose combination is used to treat essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure cannot be effectively controlled with irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies to the active ingredient or any of its excipients, or to other sulfonamides. It is also contraindicated during the 4th to 9th month of pregnancy, during lactation, and in patients with anuria.

[Precautions]
1. This product should not be used in patients with hypovolemia (e.g., those taking high-dose diuretics). Hypervolemia and sodium depletion should be corrected before starting treatment. 2. The dose of this product may need to be reduced in patients with renal insufficiency. Changes in blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, and potassium should also be monitored. As a result of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone inhibition, some sensitive patients may experience changes in renal function. This product is not recommended for patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance ≤ 30 mI/min) or hepatic insufficiency. 3. No dose adjustment is required for patients with hepatic insufficiency or the elderly. 4. Irbesartan cannot be excreted through hemodialysis. 5. Xinbaoweile Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets can be taken in combination with other antihypertensive drugs.
