[Properties]
This product is a white tablet.

[Indications]
1. Relief of symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, belching, abdominal distension, borborygmus, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation caused by gastrointestinal disorders.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome.

[Dosage and Administration]
Adults: Oral: 1-2 tablets (0.1-0.2g) three times daily. Adjust the dose appropriately based on age and symptoms, or as directed by a physician.

[Adverse Reactions]
This product has low toxicity, with few and mild adverse reactions. Occasionally: Gastrointestinal: diarrhea, borborygmus, constipation, and vomiting. Central Nervous System: Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, fatigue. Skin: Rash, sensation of hot or cold. Liver Function Changes: Elevated transaminases. Other: Thirst, oral numbness, and tachycardia.

[Drug Interactions]
This product may produce an additive antivagal effect on sinoatrial node conduction when used in combination with procaine. Heart rate and electrocardiogram should be monitored when these two drugs are used together. 2. This product may produce a pharmacological antagonistic effect when used in combination with cisapride, weakening the gastrointestinal motility of cisapride.

[Pharmacological Actions]
In vitro studies indicate that this product, at a concentration of 10-5 g/ml, can reduce the amplitude of the autonomic movements of the circular muscles of the guinea pig gastric vestibule, increase the frequency and amplitude of irregular, weak movements, and shift them toward regular rhythmic contractions. Intravenous administration of 3 mg/kg of this product to anesthetized dogs with thoracic vagotomy regularized irregular gastric movements. Intravenous administration of 1 mg/kg of this product to humans has been found to inhibit the movement of hypermotility muscles in the gastric pylorus and enhance the movement of hypomotility muscles in patients with digestive system diseases.
