[Indications/Main Functions]
Dydrogesterone can be used to treat diseases caused by endogenous progesterone deficiency, such as dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, secondary amenorrhea, irregular menstrual cycle, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual syndrome, threatened abortion or habitual abortion caused by progesterone deficiency, infertility caused by corpus luteum deficiency, and luteal support in assisted reproductive technology.

[Usage and Dosage]
Dysmenorrhea: From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally twice a day each time (10mg in terms of dydrogesterone). Endometriosis: From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 2-3 tablets of dydrogesterone orally each time (10mg in terms of dydrogesterone). The dosage for functional bleeding hemostasis: Take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally each time (10mg in terms of dydrogesterone), 2 times a day, for 5-7 consecutive days. The dose for preventing bleeding is 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally twice a day from days 11 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. Amenorrhea is treated with estradiol once a day from days 1 to 25 of the menstrual cycle, and 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) taken in combination with dydrogesterone twice a day from days 11 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. Premenstrual syndrome is treated with 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally twice a day from days 11 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. Irregular menstruation is treated with 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally twice a day from days 11 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. The starting dose for threatened abortion is 4 tablets of dydrogesterone (40 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally once, followed by 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) taken every 8 hours until symptoms disappear. Habitual abortion: Take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone) until the 20th week of pregnancy. For infertility caused by endogenous progesterone deficiency, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally daily from the 14th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle. The treatment should last at least 6 consecutive cycles. It is recommended to continue this method in the first few months of pregnancy. [Contraindications]
-People who are known to be allergic to the active ingredients or any excipients of this product. - Known or suspected progesterone-dependent tumors. - Known or suspected sex hormone-related malignant tumors. - Unexplained vaginal bleeding. - Severe liver dysfunction: or history of severe liver disease. As long as the liver function value has not returned to normal; liver tumor (current history or past history), Dubin-Johson syndrome, Rotor syndrome, jaundice; - Diseases or symptoms that occur or worsen during pregnancy or when using sex hormones, such as severe pruritus, obstructive jaundice, herpes during pregnancy, porphyria and otosclerosis; - If artificial abortion or spontaneous abortion is confirmed, luteal support for assisted reproductive technology should be stopped. - Contraindications when hormones are used in combination therapy with progestins (such as dydrogesterone).
