[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 50 mg of vitamin U (iodomethylmethionine), 2.6 mg of belladonna fluid extract, 0.123 g of aluminum hydroxide, and 53 mg of magnesium trisilicate. Excipients: dextrin, starch, and magnesium stearate.
[Properties]
This product is a sugar-coated tablet that appears white after removal of the coating. It has the characteristic odor of vitamin U.
[Indications/Main Functions]
It is used to relieve gastrointestinal spasmodic pain, as well as stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid. It can also be used for chronic gastritis.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1-2 tablets three times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use in the elderly may lead to osteoporosis.
2. Rarely, eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, and rash may occur.
3. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum poisoning and psychiatric symptoms.
[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and glaucoma.
2. Contraindicated in patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms.
3. Contraindicated in patients with fractures.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not resolve, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Pregnant and lactating women should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
3. Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal obstructive disease, hyperthyroidism, ulcerative colitis, reflux esophagitis, or renal insufficiency.
4. Patients with hypophosphatemia (such as malabsorption syndrome) should not take this product in large doses or over a long period of time. 5. Consult a physician or pharmacist regarding dosage for children.
6. Do not use if allergic to this product. Use with caution if allergic.

[Drug Interactions]
1. Avoid taking other medications concurrently with this product, as aluminum hydroxide can bind to other medications and affect their efficacy.
2. This product can weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone and should not be taken together.
3. If this product is to be used with H2 receptor antagonists such as cimetidine, at least one hour should be allowed between the two medications.
4. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets may accelerate the dissolution of the tablets and should not be used together.
5. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.

The vitamin U in this product promotes granulation tissue and mucosal regeneration; aluminum hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate act as antacids, neutralizing excess gastric acid to relieve symptoms such as stomach pain and heartburn; and belladonna fluid extract inhibits gastric secretion and relieves pain caused by smooth muscle spasms.
