[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet twice daily, not to exceed 4 times in 24 hours.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use or increased dosage may cause: male breast swelling, lactation, decreased libido, diarrhea, dizziness or headache, muscle cramps or myalgia, rash, and hair loss.
2. Occasional adverse reactions include:
① Mental disturbance, more common in elderly or seriously ill patients, which resolves within 48 hours after discontinuation of medication; ② Sore throat and fever; ③ Unexplained bleeding or bruising, as well as unusual fatigue and weakness; ④ Neutropenia or other abnormal blood counts, more common in patients with severe comorbidities.

Precautions:
Prevent use during pregnancy and lactation.

[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician or pharmacist. 2. Cimetidine tablets should be used by children and elderly patients under the guidance of a physician.

[Drug Interactions]
1. Concomitant use of this product with antacids such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium oxide may reduce its absorption and is therefore generally not recommended.
2. Concomitant use of this product with nitrazepam (nitrazepam), diazepam (Valium), theophylline, propranolol (propranolol), phenytoin sodium, and aspirin may increase the blood concentration of these drugs, enhancing their effects and causing adverse reactions or even toxic reactions. Therefore, this product should not be used with these drugs.
3. Concomitant use of cimetidine tablets with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin may cause respiratory depression or respiratory arrest.
4. Concomitant use with other medications may result in drug interactions. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.
