[Indications/Main Functions]
Used for indigestion, abdominal distension, belching, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: One tablet three times daily, taken 15-30 minutes before meals.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Occasionally, mild abdominal cramps, dry mouth, rash, headache, diarrhea, nervousness, fatigue, drowsiness, and dizziness may occur.
2. Occasionally, elevated serum prolactin levels, galactorrhea, and gynecomastia may occur, but these symptoms return to normal after discontinuation of the drug.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, mechanical intestinal obstruction, or gastrointestinal bleeding.

[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in pregnant women. Breastfeeding women should discontinue breastfeeding while using this product.
2. Domperidone suspension is recommended for children.
3. Caution is advised in patients with heart disease (arrhythmias) and cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, as this product may aggravate heart rhythm disturbances.

[Drug Interactions]
1. Do not use with azole antifungals such as ketoconazole and itraconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin, HIV protease inhibitors, and nefazodone.
2. Anticholinergic drugs such as tacrolimus, propantheline bromide, anisodamine, and belladonna tablets can weaken the effect of this product and should not be taken with it.
3. Antacids and drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion can reduce the bioavailability of this product and should not be taken with this product.
4. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions. Please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.

[Pediatric Use]
Due to the immature development of the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier in children under one year of age, the possibility of central nervous system side effects cannot be ruled out.

[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
This drug acts directly on the gastrointestinal wall, increasing gastrointestinal motility and tone, promoting gastric emptying, increasing antral and duodenal motility, and coordinating pyloric contractions. It also enhances esophageal motility and lower esophageal sphincter tone, suppressing nausea and vomiting. This drug does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier.

[Pharmacokinetics]
After oral administration, it is rapidly absorbed, reaching peak plasma concentrations within 15-30 minutes. Distribution is highest in the gastrointestinal tract, followed by plasma, with virtually no concentration in the brain. This drug is almost entirely metabolized in the liver, with a half-life (t½) of 7 hours. Urinary excretion accounts for 31.23%, with unchanged drug accounting for 0.4%. Fecal excretion accounts for 65.7%, with unchanged drug accounting for 10%.
