[Indications/Main functions]
For the treatment of: 1. Primary hypertension of all stages. 2. Renal vascular hypertension. 3. Heart failure of all levels. For patients with symptomatic heart failure, it is also suitable for: improving survival rate: delaying the progression of heart failure; reducing hospitalization due to heart failure. 4. Preventing symptomatic heart failure: For patients with asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction, it is suitable for: delaying the progression of symptomatic heart failure: reducing hospitalization due to heart failure. 5. Prevent coronary ischemic events in patients with left ventricular dysfunction, suitable for: reducing the incidence of myocardial infarction: reducing hospitalization caused by unstable angina.
[Specification] 10mg*16 tablets
[Usage and Dosage] Oral. The starting dose is 5~10mg (1/2~1 tablet) per day, divided into 1~2 times, and 2.5mg (1/4 tablet) per day for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance rate less than 30ml/min). The dose can be gradually increased according to the blood pressure level. The general effective dose is 10~20mg (1~2 tablets) per day, and the maximum daily dose should not exceed 40mg (4 tablets). This product can be used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs, especially diuretics, and the antihypertensive effect is significantly enhanced, but it should not be used in combination with porcine potassium diuretics.
[Adverse Reactions] Dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, upper abdominal discomfort, nausea, chest tightness, cough, rash, flushing and proteinuria may occur. Reduce the dose if necessary. If leukopenia occurs, the drug should be discontinued.
[Contraindications]
Do not use if you are allergic to this product or if you have bilateral renal artery stenosis. Use with caution in children, pregnant women, lactating women, and those with severe renal impairment.
[Drug interactions]
This product can be used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs, especially diuretics, to significantly enhance the antihypertensive effect, but it should not be used in combination with porcine potassium diuretics.
[Precautions]

There is limited data on human overdose of this drug. So far, the most significant feature of overdose is significant hypotension, which begins 6 hours after taking the drug. There have been reports of cases where the serum enalaprilat level was 100 and 200 times higher than the normal therapeutic dose after taking 300 mg and 440 mg doses, respectively.
