[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each double-layered tablet contains 25 mg of Vitamin U and 12.5 mg of glycyrrhizic acid in the inner layer; and 100 mg of basic bismuth carbonate, 75 mg of aluminum hydroxide, 1.0 mg of sodium copper chlorophyllin, 2.6 mg of belladonna extract, and 100 mg of pearl powder in the outer layer.

[Dosage and Administration]

[Adverse Reactions】
1. Long-term use in the elderly may lead to osteoporosis.
2. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may lead to aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms.
[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this product.
2. Contraindicated in pregnant women.
3. Contraindicated in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia or glaucoma.

[Precautions]

[Drug Interactions]
1. This product should not be taken with milk.
2. Avoid taking other medications after taking this product, as aluminum hydroxide can bind to other medications and affect their efficacy.
3. This product may weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone.
4. When taking this product with cimetidine, ranitidine, etc., at least one hour should be allowed between the two medications, as cimetidine can reduce the absorption of ranitidine.
5. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets may accelerate their dissolution and should not be used together.
6. If you are taking other medications, consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this product.
7. Combining this product with fluconazole may increase the blood concentration of this product.
[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
The inner layer of this product contains vitamin U and glycyrrhizic acid, which promote granulation and mucosal regeneration. The outer layer is composed of traditional Chinese medicine pearl powder, bismuth subcarbonate, aluminum hydroxide, belladonna fluid extract, and sodium copper chlorophyllin. It functions to neutralize gastric acid, relieve spasms and pain, and protect the mucosa. After entering the stomach, the outer layer rapidly disintegrates, neutralizing excess gastric acid and relieving pain. After 10 minutes, the inner layer gradually dissolves. The pearl powder also has a synergistic effect on wound repair.
