Inhibits gastric acid secretion, protects the gastric mucosa, increases gastric blood flow, and has an inhibitory effect on gastric and duodenal ulcers.
[Dosage and Administration]
Adults: Oral: 10 mg (1 sachet) twice daily. Take after meals or before bedtime.

This product is contraindicated in patients with a known allergy to this product or its ingredients.
[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in patients with a history of drug allergies; 2. Use with caution in elderly patients and patients with impaired liver and kidney function (possible aggravation of symptoms); 3. Use with caution in patients undergoing dialysis; 4. Before treatment, the gastric ulcer must be confirmed to be benign. Improvement of gastric ulcer symptoms after medication does not rule out the possibility of gastric cancer. Please read the instructions carefully and use according to your doctor's instructions.

[Drug Interactions]
Other H2 receptor blockers can bind to cytochrome P450, thereby reducing the activity of hepatic microsomal drug-metabolizing enzymes. Therefore, caution should be exercised when using this drug with warfarin, phenytoin, theophylline, phenobarbital, diazepam, propranolol, and cimetidine.
[Pharmacological Actions]
Lafutidine is an H2 receptor blocker. It provides sustained inhibition of gastric acid secretion. It acts on capsaicin-sensitive afferent neurons in the gastric mucosa, protecting the gastric mucosa, promoting mucosal repair, increasing gastric mucosal blood flow, and enhancing gastric mucus secretion.
