[Properties]

[Indications]

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: Generally, one tablet three times daily. The duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor.

[Adverse Reactions]
Possible side effects include gastrointestinal symptoms, including diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Long-term use of cephalosporins may lead to the proliferation of nonsusceptible bacteria, resulting in gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis. In rare cases, temporary liver discomfort or cholestatic jaundice may occur. Lymphadenopathy and proteinuria may also occur. These symptoms resolve spontaneously within a few days after discontinuation of the drug. Allergic symptoms include skin rash, itching, flushing, dyspnea, and fever with chills. Erythematous exudates, exfoliative dermatitis, and Stephens-Johnson syndrome may occasionally occur after taking cephalosporins. Other symptoms include weakness, edema, dyspnea, temporary loss of consciousness, and a rapid heart rate. In such cases, the drug should be discontinued and medical attention sought. Neurological conditions: Temporary excitement, restlessness, insomnia, confusion, increased muscle tone, dizziness, and drowsiness may rarely occur. Laboratory changes after taking cefaclor include mild elevations in liver SGOT, SGPT, and alkaline phosphatase. Temporary leukopenia, transient lymphocytosis, and rarely, hemolytic anemia may also occur. Rarely, thrombocytopenia, reversible interstitial nephritis, genital pruritus, and vaginitis may occur.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients allergic to cephalosporins or bromhexine.
