[Action]
Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablets contain a combination of standard plant enzymes and pancreatin. They can replace the body's own digestive enzymes. In the stomach, Aspergillus oryzae proteases, through the stimulating effects of gastric juices and pancreatic secretions, break down food proteins into amino acids. They are stable over a wide pH range, allowing protein digestion to continue in the small intestine. Amylases already break down carbohydrates in the stomach. Aspergillus oryzae cellulase preemptively breaks down difficult-to-digest plant cell walls and skeletons, thereby preventing gastrointestinal bloating.
