[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 50mg of ammonium chloride, 0.04ml of Fritillary Bulbus Fritillariae Fluid Extract, 0.06ml of Platycodon Grandiflorum Fluid Extract, 0.1ml of Licorice Fluid Extract, 0.06ml of Polygala Tenuifolia Fluid Extract, 40mg of Licorice Extract, 0.004ml of Star Anise Oil, and 60mg of calcium carbonate. Excipients: Starch, dextrin.

[Properties]
This product is a film-coated tablet. After removing the coating, it is light brown and has a fragrant aroma.

[Indications/Main Functions]
It is used for cough and expectoration caused by acute and chronic bronchitis.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1-2 tablets at a time, 3-4 times daily.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.

[Drug Interactions]

[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
The ammonium chloride in this product reflexively increases the secretion of glands in the respiratory mucosa, thereby facilitating the discharge of sputum and facilitating the removal of sticky sputum. Fritillaria fluid extract has antitussive and expectorant, heat-clearing and detoxifying, and stagnation-dispersing effects. Platycodon fluid extract contains platycodin, which increases respiratory mucus secretion, dilutes sputum, and facilitates expectoration. Polygala fluid extract contains polygalain, which has the same effect as platycodin. Licorice fluid extract is a mucosal protective antitussive, coating the inflamed pharyngeal mucosa to reduce local sensory nerve endings and thus exert its antitussive effect. Star anise oil can stimulate the gastric mucosa, reflexively increasing tracheal and bronchial secretions, diluting sputum and making it easier to expectorate.
