This product is a hard capsule containing white or slightly yellow granules or powder.
[Indications]
Antiasthmatic drug, used for bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis.
[Dosage and Administration]
Take two capsules orally, three times daily, after meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally, upper abdominal discomfort, nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness, and palpitations may occur, but these are generally tolerated and resolve spontaneously upon discontinuation of the drug.
[Contraindications]
1. This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies to its ingredients. 2. This product is contraindicated in patients with asthmatic crises, active peptic ulcers, or severe cardiovascular disease. 3. This product is contraindicated in children under 8 years of age and infants.
[Precautions]
1. This product should be used under the guidance of a physician. Overdose may cause toxic reactions to theophylline. 2. Patients with heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver disease, glaucoma, dysuria, and the elderly should take this product under medical supervision.
3. If symptoms such as rash, skin redness, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, or dysuria occur after taking this product, or if symptoms do not improve after taking this product several times, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
4. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women.
5. Pediatric use requires parental supervision.
6. Do not use this product in combination with other cough suppressants, cold medications, antihistamines, or sedatives.
7. Combination with epinephrine and other sympathetic bronchodilators may significantly increase adverse reactions. Use with caution with certain medications that may affect renal function or hepatic microsomal enzymes, such as cimetidine and certain macrolide antibiotics.

Precautions for Children: Contraindicated for use in children under 8 years of age and infants.

Do not use in combination with other antitussive and expectorant medications, cold medications, antihistamines, sedatives, etc.
[Pharmacological Actions]
This compound contains methoxyphenamine hydrochloride, a beta-adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle; noscapine, a peripheral cough suppressant; aminophylline, which also relaxes bronchial smooth muscle and reduces bronchial mucosal congestion and edema; and chlorpheniramine, an H1 receptor blocker that antagonizes the H1-type effects of histamine.
