This product contains potassium bismuth citrate as the main ingredient, with each capsule containing 110mg of bismuth. Excipients include: starch, sucrose, micronized silica gel, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium stearate, and 80% ethanol.

[Dosage and Administration]
For oral administration. Adults: Take one tablet four times daily, with the first three doses half an hour before meals and the fourth dose two hours after dinner. Alternatively, take two tablets twice daily, morning and evening.
[Adverse Reactions]
During medication, an ammonia odor may occur in the mouth, and the tongue coating and stool may turn grayish-black. This will disappear upon discontinuation. Nausea and constipation may occur occasionally.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney disease and pregnant women.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than seven days. If symptoms do not improve, consult a physician or pharmacist.

[Drug Interactions]
1. Milk and antacids can interfere with Sunrise's effects and should not be taken simultaneously.
2. Taking Sunrise with tetracycline may affect its absorption.

[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
The main ingredient of this product is bismuth tripotassium dicitrate. In the acidic environment of the stomach, it forms a diffuse protective layer covering the ulcer surface, preventing the invasion of gastric acid, enzymes, and food. This product also reduces pepsin activity, increases mucin secretion, and promotes the release of prostaglandins from the mucosa, thereby protecting the gastric mucosa. Additionally, this product has a Helicobacter pylori (HP)-killing effect, thereby promoting the healing of gastritis.
