Oral: 0.2g 3-4 times daily or as directed by a physician.

This is a smooth muscle relaxant. It inhibits adenylate cyclase and phosphodiesterase, antagonizes calcium ions, and has weak antimuscarinic effects. It can directly relieve spasms and relax the muscles, thereby alleviating urinary frequency, urgency, incontinence, and lower abdominal pain caused by urethral and bladder smooth muscle spasms.
