This drug relaxes the sphincter of Oddi and lowers bile pressure. 30 and 60 minutes after administration, the sphincter of Oddi's motor cycle was significantly prolonged, reaching 177.69% of the pre-dose value; the diastole was significantly prolonged, reaching 186.4% of the pre-dose value. Common bile duct pressure decreased significantly 30 minutes after administration, reaching its lowest value at 90 minutes, and then began to rise again at 120 minutes. This product can also increase the secretion of lipase, amylase and elastase in the pancreas.
