[Properties]
This product is a hard capsule containing moist orange-yellow granules. It has a distinctive aroma and a slightly sweet and bitter taste.
[Indications]
It regulates qi and stimulates appetite, reduces inflammation, relieves pain, promotes bile secretion, and dissolves stones. It is used to treat cholecystitis, gallstones, cholangitis, cholangitis, and postoperative biliary syndrome.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration. 3-5 capsules three times daily. A course of treatment for biliary diseases is three weeks.
[Adverse Reactions]
Some patients experience mild dry mouth after use; a few may experience dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, constipation, and oral herpes.

[Pharmacological Actions]
This product relaxes the sphincter of Oddi and lowers bile pressure. 30 and 60 minutes after taking this product, the sphincter of Oddi's motor cycle is significantly prolonged, reaching 177.69% of the pre-dose level; the diastole is significantly prolonged, reaching 186.4% of the pre-dose level. Common bile duct pressure decreases significantly 30 minutes after taking this product, reaching its lowest value at 90 minutes, and then recovering after 120 minutes. This product also increases pancreatic secretion of lipase, amylase, and elastase.
