【Usage and dosage】
Take with warm water. The dosage for children is shown in the table below. 1-3 years old (10-15 kg), 0.5-1 bag at a time, 3 times a day; 4-6 years old (16-21 kg), 1-1.5 bags at a time, 3 times a day; 7-9 years old (22-27 kg), 1.5-2 bags at a time, 3 times a day; 10-12 years old (28-32 kg), 2-2.5 bags at a time, 3 times a day.

【Pharmacokinetics】
After oral absorption, the acetaminophen in this product is evenly distributed in the body, and about 25% is bound to plasma proteins. The blood concentration reaches its peak 0.5 to 2 hours after oral administration. The half-life (t1/2) is generally 1 to 4 hours (average 2 hours). The half-life is not affected by renal insufficiency, but the half-life is prolonged in patients with liver insufficiency, newborns, and the elderly, while it is shortened in children. Acetaminophen can be secreted through breast milk; 90% to 95% is metabolized in the liver, and the main metabolites are glucuronic acid, sulfuric acid and cysteine conjugates. The intermediate metabolites are toxic to the liver and kidneys. It is mainly excreted from the kidneys in the form of binding to glucuronic acid, and less than 5% is excreted in the urine in its original form.
