[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each capsule contains 50 mg of vitamin U (iodomethylmethionine), 140 mg of aluminum hydroxide, and 10 mg of belladonna extract.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 capsule three times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use in the elderly may cause osteoporosis. 2. Rarely, eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, and rash may occur. 3. This product may cause constipation. 4. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum poisoning and psychiatric symptoms.
[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or glaucoma. 2. Contraindicated in patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms. 3. Contraindicated in patients with fractures.
[Drug Interactions]
1. Avoid taking other medications concurrently with this product, as aluminum hydroxide can bind with other medications and affect their efficacy. 2. This product may weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone and should not be taken together. 3. If this product is used concurrently with drugs such as cimetidine and ranitidine, at least one hour should be allowed between the two. 4. This product should not be used concurrently with enteric-coated tablets, as it may accelerate their dissolution. 5. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions.
