Each tablet contains 10mg of domperidone. Excipients include: lactose, beta-cyclodextrin, povidone K30, sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Mild abdominal cramps, dry mouth, rash, headache, diarrhea, nervousness, fatigue, drowsiness, and dizziness may occasionally occur.
2. Occasionally, elevated serum prolactin levels, galactorrhea, and gynecomastia may occur, but these symptoms return to normal after discontinuation of the drug.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, mechanical intestinal obstruction, or gastrointestinal bleeding.
[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in pregnant women. Breastfeeding women should discontinue breastfeeding while using this product.
2. Domperidone suspension is recommended for children.
3. Caution is advised when using this product in patients with heart disease (arrhythmias) and cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, as it may aggravate heart rhythm disorders.
4. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
5. This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies and should be used with caution in those with allergic constitutions.
6. This product should not be used if its properties change. 7. Keep this product out of reach of children.

[Drug Interactions]
1. Do not use with azole antifungals such as ketoconazole and itraconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin, HIV protease inhibitors, and nefazodone.
2. Anticholinergic drugs such as tacrolimus, propantheline bromide, anisodamine, and belladonna tablets can weaken the effects of this product and should not be taken with it.
3. Antacids and drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion can reduce the bioavailability of this product and should not be taken with this product.
4. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for details.
[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
This product acts directly on the gastrointestinal wall, increasing gastrointestinal motility and tone, promoting gastric emptying, increasing antral and duodenal motility, and coordinating pyloric contractions. It also enhances esophageal motility and lower esophageal sphincter tone, suppressing nausea and vomiting. This product does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier.
