[Dosage and Administration]
1. Oral, 15 mg (1 capsule at a time), twice daily, or 3 mg (2 capsules at a time), once before bedtime.
2. Maintenance treatment: Oral, 15 mg (1 capsule at a time), once every night.
3. For patients with severe kidney disease, ranitidine has a prolonged half-life, so the dosage should be reduced to 75 mg (half a tablet at a time), twice daily.
4. For the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, a larger dose of 6-12 mg daily (4-8 tablets per day) is recommended.
5. Take before meals.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Common side effects include: nausea, rash, constipation, fatigue, headache, and dizziness.
2. Adverse effects on renal, gonadal, and central nervous systems are relatively mild.
