【Main Ingredients】

【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. Adults take 1 capsule twice daily, not exceeding 4 times in 24 hours.
【Adverse Reactions】
1. Common adverse reactions include diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, and rash. 2. This product has a mild anti-androgenic effect. Higher doses (above 1.6g daily) may cause gynecomastia in men, galactorrhea in women, decreased libido, impotence, and decreased sperm count. These symptoms disappear upon discontinuation of the drug. 3. Occasional adverse reactions include: ① Mental confusion, more common in elderly or seriously ill patients, which usually resolves within 48 hours of discontinuation. ② Sore throat and fever; ③ Unexplained bleeding or ecchymosis, and unusual fatigue and weakness; ④ Granulocytopenia or other abnormal blood counts, more common in patients with severe complications; ⑤ Allergic reactions, fever, joint pain, myalgia, thrombocytopenia, interstitial nephritis, liver toxicity, bradycardia, and tachycardia.
【Contraindications】
This product is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women.
【Precautions】
1. This product should not be used continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not improve or disappear, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.
2. Children and elderly patients should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
3. Use with caution in the following situations: severe heart and respiratory diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, organic brain disease, and liver and kidney dysfunction.
4. If an overdose occurs or serious adverse reactions occur, please seek medical attention immediately.
5. Patients with ulcerative diseases should have a clear diagnosis before use to avoid delaying treatment.
6. Elderly patients have reduced renal function, which slows down the clearance of this product, leading to increased blood drug concentrations and making them more prone to toxic reactions, such as dizziness and delirium.
7. Diagnostic interference: False positives may occur in gastric occult blood tests within 15 minutes of oral administration; blood salicylic acid concentration, serum creatinine, prolactin, and aminotransferase concentrations may all increase; parathyroid hormone concentration may decrease.
8. To avoid nephrotoxicity, renal function should be monitored during medication.
9. This product has a certain inhibitory effect on bone marrow; blood counts should be monitored during medication. 10. The neurotoxic symptoms of this product are very similar to those caused by central anticholinergic drugs; symptoms can be improved by treatment with the cholinergic drug physostigmine. Therefore, this product should be avoided when used concurrently with central cholinergic drugs to prevent exacerbation of central nervous system toxicity.
11. Use with caution in patients allergic to this product or with an allergic constitution.

【Drug Interactions】
1. 1. If this product is used in combination with antacids such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium oxide, its absorption may be reduced; therefore, concurrent use is generally not recommended. If it must be used in combination with antacids, the two should be taken at least 1 hour apart. 2. Concurrent use of metoclopramide (Reglan) with this product may lower the blood concentration of this product, requiring an appropriate increase in the dosage. 3. Since sucralfate requires hydrolysis by gastric acid to exert its effect, and this product inhibits gastric acid secretion, concurrent use may reduce the efficacy of sucralfate. 4. This product inhibits the oxidative metabolic pathway catalyzed by cytochrome P450 and can reduce hepatic blood flow; therefore, when used in combination with other drugs, this product may reduce their metabolism, thereby enhancing their pharmacological activity or toxicity. These medications include: benzodiazepines; coumarin anticoagulants; phenytoin sodium or other hydantoin drugs; propranolol, metoprolol, metronidazole; theophylline, caffeine, aminophylline; verapamil (Isoptin); quinidine; lidocaine, tricyclic antidepressants; opioids, etc. 5. Because this product increases the pH of gastric juice, when used in combination with tetracycline, it may decrease the dissolution rate of tetracycline, reduce absorption, and weaken its effect (however, the hepatic enzyme inhibitory effect of this product may increase the blood concentration of tetracycline); if used in combination with aspirin, the opposite result occurs, which may enhance the effect of aspirin. 6. When used in combination with ketoconazole, it may interfere with the absorption of the latter and reduce its antifungal activity, but taking some acidic beverages can avoid the above changes. 7. This product may cause psychiatric symptoms when used in combination with captopril. 8. Because this product has a myocardial blocking effect similar to aminoglycoside antibiotics, concomitant use with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin may lead to respiratory depression or respiratory arrest. 9.
