Each capsule contains 0.15g of ranitidine as the main ingredient. Excipients include starch, talc, binder (starch paste or ethanol), and magnesium stearate.

[Indications/Main Functions]
Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration. Adults take 1 capsule twice daily, in the morning and at bedtime.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Common side effects include nausea, rash, constipation, fatigue, headache, and dizziness.
2. Adverse reactions to renal function, gonadal function, and the central nervous system are relatively mild.
3. A small number of patients experienced mild liver damage after taking this drug, but the symptoms resolved and liver function returned to normal after discontinuation of the drug. This was suspected to be a drug allergy and unrelated to the dosage.
4. Long-term use can permanently reduce gastric acidity, facilitating bacterial growth in the stomach, thereby reducing nitrates in food to nitrites, forming N-nitroso compounds.
[Contraindications]
1. This product is not intended for children under 8 years of age.
2. This product is not intended for pregnant or lactating women.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Use with caution in elderly patients and those with liver and kidney dysfunction.
3. In case of overdose or severe adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
4. Consult a physician or pharmacist for dosage instructions for children over 4.8 years of age.
5. For suspected cancerous ulcers, a definitive diagnosis should be made before use to avoid delaying treatment.
6. It has some hepatotoxicity, but this resolves upon discontinuation.
7. Occasionally, patients with hepatic impairment or elderly patients may experience disorientation, drowsiness, anxiety, or other mental states after taking this medication.
8. Gynecomastia in men is rare, but its incidence increases with age.
9. It may reduce the absorption of vitamin B12; long-term use may lead to B12 deficiency.
10. This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it; use with caution in patients with allergic constitutions.
11. Do not use this product if its appearance changes.

[Drug Interactions]
1. When used concurrently with hepatically metabolized drugs such as warfarin, lidocaine, diazepam, and propranolol, ranitidine's blood concentration will not increase, thus avoiding adverse reactions.
2. It is safer than cimetidine when used with anticoagulants and antiepileptic drugs.
3. Concomitant use with procainamide may reduce the clearance rate of procainamide.
4. It can reduce hepatic blood flow, thus delaying the action of drugs such as propranolol and lidocaine, whose metabolism is greatly affected by hepatic blood flow.
