[Dosage and Administration]
Adults: Take orally once daily after breakfast. The initial dose is 1 tablet (5 mg) and can be gradually increased to 2-4 tablets (10-20 mg) per dose, or as directed by a physician.

Adverse reactions are similar to those of nifedipine, with occasional cases of liver or kidney dysfunction and leukopenia.
