[Main Ingredients]
Each tablet contains 10mg of domperidone. Excipients: lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, ethanol, magnesium stearate.

[Indications/Main Functions]
Indigestion, abdominal distension, belching, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

[Specifications]

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Occasionally, dry mouth, headache, insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, regurgitation, nausea, heartburn, rash, itching, urticaria, stomatitis, and conjunctivitis may occur.
2. Occasionally, elevated serum prolactin levels, galactorrhea, gynecomastia in men, and menstrual irregularities in women may occur, but these symptoms return to normal after discontinuation of the drug.
3. There have been reports of an increased risk of severe ventricular arrhythmias or even sudden cardiac death in patients taking daily doses exceeding 30 mg and/or those with heart disease, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, patients with severe organic diseases such as electrolyte imbalances, and patients over 60 years of age.

[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with mechanical gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, or perforation.
2. Contraindicated in patients with prolactin-secreting pituitary tumors (prolactinomas), pheochromocytomas, and breast cancer.
3. Concomitant use with oral ketoconazole, erythromycin, or other strong CYP3A4 inhibitors that may prolong the QTc interval (e.g., fluconazole, voriconazole, clarithromycin, amiodarone, telithromycin).
4. Contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment.

[Precautions]
1. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, consult a physician or pharmacist. Domperidone should generally not be used for more than 1 week.
2. Caution should be exercised when using this product in patients with heart disease, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, or patients with electrolyte imbalances, as it may aggravate arrhythmias.
3. Patients with severe vomiting or acute abdominal pain should seek medical attention.
4. Use with caution in pregnant women. Breastfeeding women should discontinue breastfeeding while using this product.
5. Because domperidone is primarily metabolized in the liver, use with caution in patients with abnormal liver biochemical markers.
6. Patients over 60 years of age should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
7. Patients with renal impairment should use this product under the guidance of a physician. 8. Use this product with caution if you are currently taking digitalis or aminophylline.
9. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
10. Do not use if you are allergic to this product. Use with caution if you have allergies.
11. Do not use if this product changes in properties.
