[Dosage and Administration]
Take one tablet on an empty stomach, 1-2 times per hour, or as directed by a physician.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Adverse reactions of nitrendipine: Less common adverse reactions include headache and facial flushing. Less common adverse reactions include dizziness, nausea, hypotension, plantar edema, angina attacks, and transient hypotension. Allergic reactions to this product may include allergic hepatitis, rash, and even exfoliative dermatitis. 2. Adverse Reactions of Atenolol: The most common adverse reactions are hypotension and bradycardia. Other reactions may include dizziness, cold extremities, fatigue, weakness, gastrointestinal discomfort, depression, hair loss, thrombocytopenia, psoriatic skin reactions, exacerbation of psoriasis, rash, and dry eyes. Rarely, heart block may occur in sensitive patients. 3. Possible adverse reactions of Nitrenolol tablets include dizziness, headache, facial flushing, palpitations, constipation, lower limb edema, eye discomfort, chest tightness, cold extremities, fatigue, drowsiness or excessive dreaming, and occasionally sexual dysfunction.

[Contraindications]
1. Nitrendipine: Contraindicated in patients with allergic reactions to this product and severe aortic stenosis. 2. Atenolol: Second- and third-degree heart block: Cardiogenic shock: sick sinus syndrome and severe sinus bradycardia. 3. Nitrilol Tablets: Use with caution in patients with a heart rate less than 60 beats/min. Contraindicated in patients with sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block, heart failure, and asthma.
