This product is an enteric-coated capsule containing an off-white or slightly yellow powder.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 2-6 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, swallow whole 30 minutes before meals.

[Adverse Reactions]
Due to the source of pancreatic enzymes, allergic reactions to the animal protein in the preparation may occur occasionally. Long-term or high-dose exposure may cause the following adverse or toxic reactions: Inhalation of the powder may occasionally cause nasal irritation and allergic rhinitis; asthma, bronchial allergies, and pulmonary allergies have been reported after contact with the powder; gastrointestinal effects include occasional reports of diarrhea, constipation, stomach discomfort, and nausea; genitourinary effects include reports of hyperuricemia, hyperuricosuria, and urolithiasis in children after long-term, high-dose use; and skin effects include allergic rashes.

[Contraindications]
Pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy is contraindicated in the early stages of acute pancreatitis and in patients with biliary obstruction. This product is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to pork protein or any of the ingredients in this product.

1. Swallow the tablet whole; do not open or dissolve it before consumption.

This product is a mixture of trypsin, pancreatic amylase, and pancreatic lipase. It is most active under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions. Trypsin converts protein into peptone, pancreatic amylase converts starch into sugar, and pancreatic lipase breaks down fat into glycerol and fatty acids, thereby promoting digestion and increasing appetite.
