[Precautions]
Labetalol hydrochloride tablets should be used with caution in patients with cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency. Patients should remain supine during administration and lie flat for 3 hours after administration to prevent orthostatic hypotension.

Labetalol hydrochloride tablets are contraindicated in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, bradycardia, conduction block, and bronchial asthma.

[Dosage and Administration]
Take two tablets orally, two to three times daily. Increase the dose as needed after two to three days.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Common side effects include dizziness, fatigue, hallucinations, gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, diarrhea), dry mouth, and scalp tingling.
2. Overdose may also cause tachycardia and acute renal failure.
3. Contraindicated for intravenous use in children, pregnant women, and patients with asthma or cerebral hemorrhage.
4. Do not discontinue the drug abruptly in patients with angina.
5. Dizziness, itching, fatigue, nausea, chest tightness, and orthostatic hypotension may occur in a few patients.
