[Properties]
This product is a white enteric-coated tablet that appears white or off-white after removing the enteric coating.
[Indications]
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma).
[Dosage and Administration]
For the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, take 15-30 mg orally once daily in the morning. Or as directed by a physician.
[Adverse Reactions]
This product has mild side effects, primarily dry mouth, dizziness, and nausea.

This product should not be used by pregnant or lactating women.

There is no experience with its use in children.

[Pharmacological Action]
This product is a novel drug that inhibits gastric acid secretion. It acts on the H+-K+-ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells, preventing H+ from being transported into the stomach, significantly reducing the amount of gastric acid in gastric juice. It is clinically used to treat duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (gastrinoma), with significant efficacy. It also has inhibitory effects on Helicobacter pylori.
