The main ingredient of this product is nicergoline. [Properties]
This product is a sugar-coated tablet that appears white or off-white after removal of the sugar coating.
[Indications/Main Functions]
1. Improves low motivation and affective disorders (slowed reaction time, poor concentration, memory loss, lack of motivation, depression, anxiety, etc.) caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis and post-stroke sequelae.
2. Acute and chronic peripheral circulatory disorders (limb vascular occlusive disease, Raynaud's syndrome, and other symptoms of peripheral circulatory impairment). It is also indicated for vascular dementia, especially with early treatment, which can improve cognition and memory and reduce disease severity.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration, do not chew. 20-60mg (2-6 tablets) daily, divided into 2-3 doses. Continue administration for a sufficient period of at least six months; continued use is at the discretion of the physician.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. No serious adverse reactions have been reported. Hypotension, dizziness, stomach pain, hot flashes, facial flushing, drowsiness, and insomnia may occur. In clinical trials, elevated blood uric acid concentrations were observed, but this phenomenon was not correlated with dose or duration of administration.
2. Case reports of fibrosis, such as interstitial lung fibrosis, myocardial fibrosis, valvular fibrosis, and retroperitoneal fibrosis, have been reported internationally.
[Contraindications]
This product is not suitable for the following conditions: recent myocardial infarction, acute hemorrhage, severe bradycardia, orthostatic dysfunction, bleeding tendency, and hypersensitivity to nicergoline.
[Precautions]
1. Use under the guidance of a physician. This product generally has no effect on blood pressure at therapeutic doses, but may gradually lower blood pressure in sensitive patients. Use with caution in patients with hyperuricemia or a history of gout. The dose should be reduced in patients with renal insufficiency. This product is generally not recommended for pregnant women; if necessary, the risks and benefits should be weighed. Avoid alcohol consumption during medication.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Case reports of fibrotic reactions, such as interstitial lung, myocardial, valvular, and retroperitoneal fibrosis, have been reported internationally. These reactions are associated with agonism of 5-hydroxytryptamine 2β receptors. Patients at risk for fibrosis should use this product with caution.
4. Symptoms of ergotism (including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and peripheral vasoconstriction) have been reported with the ingestion of ergot alkaloids and their derivatives.
