[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and 100 mg of guaifenesin.
[Indications/Main Functions]
For cough and sputum caused by upper respiratory tract infections (such as the common cold and influenza) and bronchitis.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Children 2-6 years: 0.5 tablet at a time; children 7-12 years: 1 tablet at a time; children 12 years and older: 2 tablets at a time, 3 times daily. No more than 4 times in 24 hours.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, irritability, belching, loss of appetite, constipation, nausea, and skin allergies may occur. These reactions will resolve spontaneously after discontinuation of the drug. Overdose may cause unconsciousness, bronchospasm, and respiratory depression.
[Contraindications]
Not suitable for women within the first three months of pregnancy.
[Precautions]
1. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use, consult a physician or pharmacist. 2. Children under 2 years of age should use this product under a physician's supervision. 3. Patients with depression, peptic ulcers, pulmonary hemorrhage, excessive sputum, asthma, and the elderly should use this product under a physician's supervision. 4. Do not drive a plane, vehicle, or boat, engage in overhead work, work with machinery, or operate precision instruments while taking Yumei tablets. 5. Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency. 6. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. 7. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately. 8. Do not use if you are allergic to this product. Use with caution if you have allergic reactions. 9. Do not use Yumei tablets if their properties change. 10. Keep out of reach of children. 11. Children must be supervised by an adult when using this product. 12. If you are currently taking other medications, consult your physician or pharmacist before using this product.
[Drug Interactions]
1. This product may cause adverse reactions when taken with antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Avoid concomitant use.
2. Yumei tablets should not be used with ethanol or other central nervous system depressants, as they may enhance their inhibitory effects.
3. Concomitant use with other medications may result in drug interactions. Consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
