[Indications]

[Usage and Dosage]
Adults and children over 12 years old take 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day, or follow the doctor's advice. Minors under 12 years old are prohibited from using it. Attachment: Besut menstrual pad (Aijia gift) 1 tablet each time.
[Adverse Reactions]
Common adverse events associated with acetaminophen during clinical trials are: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, weakness, early menstruation, etc.; in a few cases, allergic dermatitis (rash, skin itching, etc.) and leukopenia may occur. Transaminase increase. Paracetamol may occasionally cause nausea, vomiting, sweating, abdominal pain, pale skin, etc. in clinical use. In a few cases, allergic dermatitis (rash, skin itching, etc.), granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, methemoglobinemia, anemia, liver and kidney damage, etc., rarely cause gastrointestinal bleeding.
[Contraindications]
1. It is contraindicated for patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, hemolytic anemia, and allergies to a component of this product. 2. It is contraindicated for patients poisoned by alcohol, sleeping pills, analgesics or other psychotropic drugs. 3. It should not be used in combination with any other drugs containing acetaminophen. 4. It is contraindicated for minors under 12 years old.
[Precautions]
1. Patients with impaired liver and kidney function or heart disease should use this product in reduced dosage or with caution. 2. Do not use it with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. 3. People who are allergic to aspirin generally do not have allergic reactions to this product. However, there are reports that a small number of patients with asthma due to aspirin allergy may experience bronchospasm after taking this product. 4. In patients with alcohol poisoning, liver disease or viral hepatitis, this product increases the risk of liver toxicity and should be used with caution. 5. Long-term and large-scale use of this product by patients with impaired renal function increases the risk of renal toxicity and should be used with caution. 6. Use with caution if pain worsens or pain lasts for more than 10 days. 7. If new discomfort symptoms or persistent erythema or edema symptoms occur after taking this product, stop taking the drug immediately and consult a doctor. 8. This product is only a symptomatic treatment drug. While using this product, etiological treatment should be carried out as much as possible. 9. [Drug interactions]
1. Long-term drinking or combined use of sedatives, analgesics or other psychotropic drugs, other liver enzyme inducers, especially patients using barbiturates or anticonvulsants, can cause acute poisoning. Long-term or large-scale combined use of this product is more likely to cause liver toxicity. 2. This product can be used in combination with chloramphenicol to prolong the latter's half-life and enhance its toxicity. 3. When used in combination with anticoagulants, it can enhance the anticoagulant effect, so the dosage of anticoagulants should be adjusted. 4. When used in combination with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time and in large quantities, there is a significant risk of increased renal toxicity. 5. When this product is used in combination with the antiviral drug zidovudine, its toxicity can be increased, and simultaneous use should be avoided. 6. This product has enhanced sedative and analgesic effects when used in combination with central nervous system depressants (such as diazepam). The dosage should be appropriately reduced. When used in combination with barbiturates, it is not recommended to use it in combination with barbiturates.
