[Indications/Main Functions]
Long-term treatment of coronary heart disease, prevention of vasospastic and mixed angina, also suitable for post-myocardial infarction treatment and long-term treatment of chronic heart failure.

40mg x 20 tablets
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral: Take one tablet daily in the morning. For severe cases, two tablets can be taken daily in the morning. If headache occurs, the initial dose can be reduced to half a tablet daily. The whole or half tablet should be kept intact before use and swallowed with half a glass of water. Do not chew or crush.
[Adverse Reactions]
Headache may occur at the beginning of treatment, but this symptom disappears with continued use. Occasionally, symptoms such as hypotension, drowsiness, and nausea may occur, but these symptoms generally disappear with continued use.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with glaucoma, shock, significant hypotension, hypertrophic obstructive heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, or severe cerebral arteriosclerosis. 1. Use with caution in patients with acute myocardial infarction and low ventricular filling pressures. 2. Use with caution in patients with orthostatic circulatory disturbances. 3. Do not use during acute angina attacks. 4. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. 5. The tablet matrix is insoluble and disintegrates after the active drug is released. Occasionally, the tablet matrix may pass through the gastrointestinal tract without disintegration and be found in the feces, but this does not indicate reduced efficacy. 6. Effects on the ability to drive and operate machinery: Patients may experience dizziness when using this product for the first time. Patients should be advised to determine their response to this product before driving or operating machinery.
