A vasodilator. It improves microcirculation. It is primarily used for microcirculatory disorders such as diabetic nephropathy, peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy, fundus disease, and ischemic cerebrovascular disease. It can also be used as an adjunctive treatment for essential hypertension.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration: 120-240 units (2-4 tablets) per dose, 360-720 units per day (three times daily), on an empty stomach.
