[Appearance]
White tablets.
[Indications]
Gastrointestinal prokinetic drug, indicated for various symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia, such as upper abdominal discomfort, postprandial fullness, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting.
[Dosage and Administration]
Adults: 1 tablet three times daily before meals. The dosage may be reduced based on age and symptoms.
[Adverse Reactions]
Digestive System: Occasionally, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, and increased salivation may occur. Neuropsychiatric System: Occasionally, headache and sleep disturbances may occur. Hematological System: Occasionally, leukopenia may occur (if confirmed, discontinue the drug). Allergic symptoms: rash, fever, itching, etc. Occasionally, elevated DUN and creatinine levels may occur. Back pain, fatigue, numbness in the fingers, and hand tremors may also be seen.

Combined use with anticholinergics and muscle relaxants (such as diazepam and chlorzoxazone) may counteract each other's effects.

It has dual effects of domamine D2 receptor blocking and acetylcholinesterase inhibition. By stimulating the release of endogenous acetylcholine and inhibiting its hydrolysis, it enhances gastric and duodenal motility, promotes gastric evacuation, and has a moderate emetic effect.
