[Properties]
This product is a white enteric-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the enteric coating.
[Indications]
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
[Usage and Dosage]
Adults usually take lansoprazole tablets orally once a day, two tablets (30 mg) at a time. For duodenal ulcer, take it continuously for 4-6 weeks; for gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, take it continuously for 6-8 weeks; or follow the doctor's advice.
[Adverse Reactions]
(1) Allergic reactions: Occasionally, there may be symptoms such as rash and itching. If the above symptoms occur, please stop taking the drug.
(2) Blood system: Occasionally, there are symptoms such as anemia, leukopenia, and eosinophilia. Symptoms of thrombocytopenia rarely occur.
(3) Digestive system: Occasionally, there are symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, thirst, and abdominal distension. Occasionally, there are phenomena such as increased ALT, AST, ALP, LDH, and γ-GTP. Therefore, careful observation is required. If there are abnormal phenomena, appropriate measures such as discontinuation of the drug should be taken.
(4) Mental and nervous system: Occasionally, there are symptoms such as headache and drowsiness. Symptoms such as insomnia and dizziness rarely occur.
(5) Others: Occasionally, there are symptoms such as fever, increased total cholesterol, and increased uric acid.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to it.
[Precautions]
(1) Careful observation should be made during treatment. Due to insufficient experience with long-term use, it is not recommended for maintenance treatment.
(2) Do not chew this product when taking it. Swallow the whole tablet with water.
(3) Patients with liver dysfunction and the elderly should use it with caution.
(4) The use of this product may sometimes mask the symptoms of gastric cancer, so it should be given only after the possibility of gastric cancer is ruled out.

The safety of the drug for children has not yet been established (there is very little clinical experience in children).
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:
Pregnant women and lactating women should not use this drug.
Elderly precautions:
Generally speaking, the gastric acid secretion capacity and other physiological functions of elderly patients are reduced, so please pay attention during medication.
[Drug Interactions]
Lansoprazole will delay the metabolism and excretion of diazepam and phenytoin, increase the peak blood concentration of acetaminophen, and shorten the time to peak.
[Pharmacological Action]
This product is a benzimidazole compound. After oral absorption, it is transferred to the gastric mucosa and converted into an active metabolite under acidic conditions. This active metabolite specifically inhibits the H+/K+-ATPase system of gastric parietal cells and blocks the final step of gastric acid secretion. This product inhibits basal gastric acid secretion and gastric acid secretion under stimulated conditions in a dose-dependent manner. This product has no antagonistic effect on cholinergic and amine H2 receptors.
