[Ingredients]
Each tablet contains 30 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride. Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, and stearic acid powder.
[Properties]
This product is a white or off-white tablet.
[Indications]
Indicated for patients with thick, difficult-to-expel sputum.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral: Adults: 30-60 mg three times daily, after meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally, rash, nausea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies.
[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women.
2. Consult a physician or pharmacist regarding dosage for children.
3. Avoid concomitant use with centrally acting antitussives (such as dextromethorphan) to prevent thinning sputum from blocking the airways.
4. This product is a mucus regulator and is only effective for expectoration. When using, pay attention to the cause of the cough and expectoration. If no improvement occurs after 7 days of use, seek medical attention immediately.
5. In case of overdose or severe adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
6. Contraindicated for those allergic to this product. Use with caution if allergic.
