This product is a sugar-coated tablet that appears white after removal of the sugar coating.
[Indications]
This product is indicated for symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, dysuria, and urinary incontinence caused by the following conditions: 1. Lower urinary tract infections (prostatitis, cystitis, urethritis, etc.). 2. Lower urinary tract obstructive diseases (early and mid-stage prostatic hyperplasia, spastic and functional urethral strictures). 3. Following lower urinary tract instrumentation or surgery (prostatectomy, urethral dilation, intravesical surgery). 4. Urethral syndrome. 5. Urge urinary incontinence.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral: 0.2g once, 3-4 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
[Adverse Reactions]
Some patients may experience stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, thirst, drowsiness, blurred vision, palpitations, and rash.
[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with gastrointestinal obstruction or bleeding, achalasia, or decompensated urinary obstruction. 2. Contraindicated in patients with neuropsychiatric symptoms or severe impairment of heart, liver, or kidney function.
[Precautions]
1. Patients with genitourinary tract infections require anti-infective treatment. 2. Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, cataracts, or excessive residual urine volume. 3. Contraindicated in drivers and those working at heights.

Precautions for Children: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
Precautions for Pregnancy and Lactation: No research data are available for use in pregnant women; therefore, use with caution in pregnant women.
Precautions for the Elderly: Not known.
[Drug Interactions]
Do not use with large amounts of vitamin C or potassium salts.
[Pharmacological Actions]
This product is a smooth muscle relaxant. It inhibits adenylate cyclase and phosphodiesterase, acts as a calcium ion antagonist, and exhibits weak antimuscarinic properties. It has a selective antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the urogenital system, directly relieving spasms and relaxing the muscles, thereby alleviating urinary frequency, urgency, incontinence, and lower abdominal pain caused by urethral and bladder smooth muscle spasms.
