[Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 100 mg of proglumide, 55 mg of allantoin, 50 mg of cimetidine, and 50 mg of pearl powder.

[Indications]
Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, acid reflux, and chronic gastritis caused by excessive gastric acid.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 2 tablets three times a day, 2 hours after meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally, dry mouth, insomnia, abdominal distension, nervousness, sore throat, fatigue, unexplained bleeding or bruising, and granulocytopenia may occur.
[Contraindications]
Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not improve or disappear, consult a physician or pharmacist. 2. Children and elderly patients should use this product under the guidance of a physician. 3. Use with caution in the following situations: severe heart or respiratory diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, organic encephalopathy, or liver or kidney impairment. 4. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately. 5. Contraindicated in patients with allergies to this product. Use with caution in those with allergic reactions. 6. Do not use this product if its properties change. 7. Keep this product out of reach of children. 8. Children must be supervised by an adult.

Precautions for Pregnancy and Lactation: Contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women.
Precautions for the Elderly: Elderly patients, due to impaired renal function, have decreased clearance of cimetidine, which can lead to elevated blood concentrations. This increases the risk of toxic reactions and symptoms such as dizziness and delirium.
[Drug Interactions]
1. Concomitant use of this product with antacids such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium oxide may reduce absorption, so concomitant use is generally not recommended. 2. Concomitant use of this product with nitrazepam (nitrazepam), diazepam (valium), theophylline, propranolol, phenytoin sodium, and aspirin may increase the blood concentration of these drugs, enhance their effects, and cause adverse reactions. Therefore, concomitant use is not recommended. 3. Concomitant use of this product with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin may cause respiratory depression or respiratory arrest. 4. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions. Please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
[Pharmacological Actions]
The glutamine contained in this product has an antigastrin effect, effectively controlling gastric acid and inhibiting pepsin secretion, and has protective and healing effects on the gastric mucosa. Cimetidine is an H2 receptor blocker with a potent inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion. Allantoin protects the gastric mucosa and promotes epithelial cell growth. Pearl powder forms a protective film on the mucosal surface, reducing irritation and corrosion caused by pepsin and gastric acid.
