Cardiovascular symptoms include headache, dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, and increased blood pressure. These symptoms are generally mild and do not require discontinuation of the drug.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies; severe hypokalemia, hypernatremia, hypertension, heart failure, or renal failure.
