Indicated for indigestion, abdominal distension, belching, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

[Specifications]
10mg*30 tablets

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Occasionally, mild abdominal cramps, dry mouth, rash, headache, diarrhea, nervousness, fatigue, drowsiness, and dizziness may occur.
2. Occasionally, elevated serum prolactin levels, galactorrhea, and gynecomastia may occur, but these symptoms return to normal after discontinuation of the drug.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, mechanical intestinal obstruction, or gastrointestinal bleeding.

[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in pregnant women. Breastfeeding women should discontinue breastfeeding while using this product.
2. Domperidone suspension is not recommended for children.

9. This product contains lactose and may not be suitable for patients with lactose intolerance, galactosemia, or glucose/galactose malabsorption.
10. When taking this product with antacids or drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion, these drugs should not be taken before meals but should be taken after meals. In other words, they should not be taken simultaneously with this product.
11. Because domperidone is primarily metabolized in the liver, it should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver function.
12. In patients with severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine ≥6 mg/100 ml, i.e., ≥0.6 mmol/l), the elimination half-life of domperidone increases from 7.4 hours to 20.8 hours, but blood concentrations are lower than those in healthy volunteers. Because minimal unchanged drug is excreted through the kidneys, patients with renal insufficiency may not require dose adjustment after a single dose. However, if repeated dosing is necessary, the frequency should be reduced to once or twice daily depending on the severity of renal impairment. The dosage should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist. Long-term medication use in these patients requires regular monitoring.
