[Properties]
This product is white or off-white tablets.
[Indications]
It is suitable for patients with thick and difficult sputum.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Children over 12 years old and adults: 1 tablet three times a day, after meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally: rash, nausea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies.
[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women.
2. Consult a physician or pharmacist regarding dosage for children.
3. Avoid concomitant use with centrally acting antitussives (such as dextromethorphan) to prevent thinning sputum from obstructing the airways.
4. This product is a mucus regulator and is only effective for expectoration. When using it, pay attention to the cause of the cough and expectoration. If no improvement occurs after 7 days of use, seek medical attention promptly.
5. Seek medical attention immediately in the event of an overdose or serious adverse reactions.

This product is a mucolytic agent that increases secretion of serous glands in the respiratory mucosa and decreases mucous gland secretion, thereby reducing sputum viscosity, promoting the secretion of pulmonary surfactant, and increasing bronchial ciliary motility, making sputum easier to expectorate.
