[Pharmacology and Toxicology]
Gentamicin in this product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits Helicobacter pylori. This product exerts a local bactericidal effect in the stomach for a prolonged period. Procaine has a superblocking effect on nerve endings on the damaged mucosal surface, blocking stimulation of the central nervous system from the lesions and thus rapidly relieving pain. Vitamin B12 is essential for the formation of normal epithelial cells in the digestive tract.
