For the preventive treatment of angina pectoris. Adjunctive symptomatic treatment of vertigo and tinnitus.

[Dosage]
35mg twice daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
Rare gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, vomiting). Allergic reactions may occur due to the presence of Sunset Yellow FCFS (E110) and Carmine Red A (E124) in the excipients.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies to any of its components. Trimetazidine hydrochloride extended-release tablets are generally not recommended during breastfeeding.
[Precautions]
This medication is not intended for symptomatic treatment of angina or the initial treatment of unstable angina or myocardial infarction. Trimetazidine hydrochloride extended-release tablets should not be used for treatment before or during the first few days after hospitalization. During an angina episode, coronary artery disease should be reassessed, and treatment adjustments (medication and possible revascularization) should be considered.
