1. This product can be used after prostate cancer diagnosis is excluded. Because this product has the effect of relieving symptoms, it is recommended that patients be screened for other diseases that can cause symptoms similar to prostate hyperplasia, such as prostate cancer, before using tamsulosin for treatment, and screened regularly after tamsulosin treatment. 2. When taking antihypertensive drugs in combination, pay close attention to changes in blood pressure. 3. Be careful not to chew the particles in the capsule. 4. Use with caution in patients with postural hypotension and severe liver dysfunction. 5. No dose reduction is required in patients with renal insufficiency. Since it has not been studied in patients with severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <10ml/min), such patients should use it with caution. 6. Because dizziness may occur, please be careful when working at heights or driving a car, which may be accompanied by dangerous work. 7. When tamsulosin is used in combination with strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 or CYP4D6 (e.g. ketoconazole, paroxetine), the exposure of tamsulosin may increase significantly. When used in combination with ketoconazole (CYO3A4 inhibitor), the Cmax and AUC of tamsulosin will increase by 2.2 and 2.8 times, respectively. When used in combination with paroxetine (CYP2D6 inhibitor), the Cmax and AUC of tamsulosin will increase by 1.3 and 1.6 times, respectively. 8. There have been reports of cases of allergic reactions in patients with a history of allergy to sulfonamides taking tamsulosin. Patients with a history of allergy to sulfonamides should take tamsulosin hydrochloride with caution.
