[Main Ingredient]
Lansoprazole.

[Properties]
This product is an enteric-coated tablet. After removing the coating, it appears white to slightly yellow.

[Indications/Main Functions]
For gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

[Specifications]
15mg x 18 tablets

[Dosage and Administration]
Usually, adults take two tablets orally once daily. For duodenal ulcers, take continuously for 4-6 weeks. For gastric ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, take continuously for 6-8 weeks, or as directed by a physician.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Hypersensitivity: Rash and itching may occur occasionally. Discontinue use if any of these symptoms occur.
2. Hematologic: Anemia, leukopenia, and eosinophilia may occur occasionally. Thrombocytopenia is rare.
3. Digestive: Constipation, diarrhea, thirst, and abdominal distension may occur occasionally. Elevated ALT, AST, ALP, LDH, and γ-GTP levels may occur occasionally. Careful observation is required. If any abnormalities are detected, appropriate measures should be taken, including discontinuation of the drug.
4. Neuropsychiatric: Headache and drowsiness may occur occasionally. Insomnia and dizziness may occur rarely.
5. Other: Fever, elevated total cholesterol, and elevated uric acid may occur occasionally.

[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies.

[Drug Interactions]
Lansoprazole may delay the metabolism and excretion of diazepam and phenytoin, increasing the peak plasma concentration of acetaminophen and shortening its duration.

[Precautions]
1. Careful observation is advised during treatment. Due to insufficient experience with long-term use, it is not currently recommended for maintenance treatment.
2. Do not chew Dinghelansoprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets; swallow whole with water.
3. Use with caution in patients with liver dysfunction and the elderly.
4. This product may mask the symptoms of gastric cancer; therefore, it should only be administered after gastric cancer has been ruled out.
