Each tablet contains 300 mg of bismuth subnitrate, 200 mg of sodium bicarbonate, 400 mg of heavy magnesium carbonate, and 25 mg of Rhamnosus bark.

The bismuth subnitrate in this product is dispersed in fine particles and can firmly adhere to the gastric and duodenal mucosa, forming a protective film and promoting mucosal regeneration. Sodium bicarbonate and magnesium carbonate act as antacids, neutralizing gastric acid and relieving stomach burning and stomach pain caused by excessive gastric acid. Cascara salviae roxburghii acts as a laxative, counteracting constipation caused by bismuth nitrate.
