[Main Ingredient]
The active ingredient of this product is indobufen. Chemical Name: (+) 2-[4-(1-oxo-2-isoindolinyl)phenyl]butyric acid. Molecular Formula: C₁₈H₁₈NO₃. Molecular Weight: 295.34. Excipients: Lactose (monohydrate), microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate.

This product is a white or off-white scored tablet.

[Indications/Main Functions]
Ischemic cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease caused by arteriosclerosis, and venous thrombosis. It can also be used to prevent thrombosis during hemodialysis.

[Specifications]
0.2g x 7 tablets

[Dosage and Administration]
Take 0.1g-0.2g orally twice daily after meals. For patients over 65 years old and those with renal insufficiency, a daily dose of 0.1g-0.2g is recommended.

[Adverse Reactions]
Common adverse reactions include indigestion, abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, skin allergic reactions, gingival bleeding, and epistaxis. In rare cases, gastric ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and hematuria may occur. If an urticarial skin allergic reaction occurs, discontinue the drug immediately. Other adverse reactions: Blood and lymphatic system disorders: thrombocytopenic purpura, lip bleeding; Neurological disorders: cerebral hemorrhage; Ocular disorders: conjunctival hemorrhage; Respiratory, thoracic, and mediastinal disorders: hemoptysis; Gastrointestinal disorders: erosive gastritis, constipation, diarrhea, and abdominal distension; Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: pruritus (frequency unknown); Laboratory tests: elevated transaminases, decreased creatinine clearance, and elevated urea nitrogen levels.

[Contraindications]
1. This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies; 2. This product is contraindicated in patients with congenital or acquired bleeding disorders; 3. Cross-sensitivity with acetylsalicylic acid and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is possible. Therefore, indobufen tablets should not be used in patients who have experienced allergic reactions such as asthma, rhinitis, or urticaria to these medications. 4. Pregnant and lactating women are contraindicated.

[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in patients with or with a history of duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, hemorrhagic gastritis, or active gastrointestinal lesions, and in patients taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If used, precautions should be taken. If indigestion (such as heartburn or epigastric pain) occurs, the dose may be reduced or treatment may be temporarily discontinued as appropriate. 2. Patients with severe hepatic and/or renal impairment are prone to spontaneous bleeding and should use with caution. In patients with renal impairment, the dose should be reduced based on the degree of renal function. 3. If allergic reactions such as urticaria occur, treatment should be discontinued. 4. Given that renal function progressively decreases with age, caution should be exercised in elderly patients. A lower dose should be used in elderly patients (over 65 years of age). 5. This medication contains lactose: If you are lactose intolerant, consult a doctor before use.
