[Ingredients]

[Properties]
This product is white or off-white tablets.

[Indications]
Indicated for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. It is effective for exertional, spontaneous, post-infarction, and mixed angina. This product is suitable for patients with angina associated with atrial fibrillation, cardiomegaly, or those who require caution with other anti-anginal medications.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration. Take one tablet three times a day. If symptoms do not improve significantly, increase the dose to two tablets three times a day.

[Adverse Reactions]
1. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, tinnitus, and insomnia. Aspirin may alleviate these symptoms; otherwise, discontinue the drug. Discontinue the drug if allergic reactions such as rashes occur. 2. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and occasionally angular cheilitis. Elevated aminotransferase levels may also occur. 3. Cardiovascular system effects: Palpitations, fatigue, facial flushing, lower limb edema, and may also cause reflex tachycardia and severe hypotension.

1. Contraindicated in patients with glaucoma. 2. Contraindicated in patients with severe liver or kidney disease.

[Pharmacological Action]
Antianginal drug. This product belongs to the nitrate class of compounds and has the effects of blocking intracellular calcium ion release, increasing cell membrane permeability to potassium ions, dilating coronary vessels, sustainably increasing coronary blood flow, and inhibiting coronary artery spasm. While dilating coronary vessels, it does not affect blood pressure, heart rate, myocardial contractility, or myocardial oxygen consumption. This product also inhibits platelet aggregation and prevents thrombosis.
