[Indications]
It is primarily used for Meniere's syndrome, vascular headaches, and cerebral arteriosclerosis. It can also be used to treat acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, and transient cerebral ischemia. It is also effective for orthostatic vertigo and tinnitus caused by hypertension.

Take 1-2 tablets 2-4 times daily. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 48 mg.

It also increases blood flow to the cochlea and anterior fundus, thereby eliminating inner ear vertigo, tinnitus, and aural closure. It also increases capillary permeability, promotes extracellular fluid absorption, and alleviates lymphedema. It counteracts the vasoconstrictive effects of catecholamines and lowers arterial pressure. It also inhibits plasma coagulation and ADP-induced platelet aggregation, prolongs the duration of in vitro thrombosis in rats, and has a mild diuretic effect.
